Shipping Policy

AFERDITA offers worldwide shipping.

The order will be dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding local and national holidays and festivities.

The items are sent according to the overview per country, with free shipping to the delivery address given by the customer.

Orders from the category 'Ready to wear' and 'Couture' will be delivered within 2-7 business days.

For the 'Custom Size' orders applies a longer delivery time of +/- 30 days.

When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s)

In case items are shipped, costs of duty are to be affected by the receiver of the package.

If the product is lost or damaged, you should immediately report this to us info@aferdita.com in 14 days after delivery. We will raise an investigation with our couriers.

We try to keep everything up-to-date on the webshop as much as possible and occasionally we have to cancel orders when the ordered product is unavailable.

Delivery method: Home delivery

When choosing the delivery method, the customer must ensure that all his information is correct and complete (email address, address, door number, etc.), the accessibility of his home and his own availability during delivery.

If a package cannot be delivered because one of this information is missing or the package cannot be received, the responsibility then falls to the customer who will have to bear the costs of a new delivery.
To be sure not to miss the arrival of their package, we advise our customers to carefully check their e-mails as well as junk mail.

⇒ Attention: If the package arrives open or damaged,
it is imperative that the customer refuses delivery of it, otherwise the responsibility for the lack of an article or the deterioration of an article will be attributed to him.

The parcel will then return to our depot and the problem will be handled directly with the delivery company.

We cannot be held responsible for any strikes or other cases of force majeure by the carrier.
